Secure Web Traffic

What is this feature?

We check if you’re communicating with a website via an insecure connection (HTTP). If identified, we’ll encrypt the data and send it via a secure connection to one of our secure servers to prevent hackers from stealing the data.

Why is this important?

When on insecure connections, it is easy for hackers to intercept and exploit your data.

How do I use this feature?

Navigate to the Protections tab, expand the Online Protection section and press the toggle on.

You can also adjust this feature in your browser extension as well, if the administrator of your account has allowed so, by toggling it on or off.  If the feature is enforced by your administrator, you will see a green checkmark next to it.
