If you are an administrator for your account and wish to change protections for your entire team, take a look in your administrator portal: here. If you are looking to update your personal protections, navigate to your employee portal: here and simply use the button to the right of the protection you wish to use, once it turns green you have it!
If you are an employee, you are able to adjust your protections in your employee portal or on the browser extension.
When you are looking at your protections, there are a few different scenarios here: if you see a white checkmark in a green circle, this is a protection your administrator has enforced and cannot be turned off. Alternatively, if you see a grey circle with a white X in it, that feature has been disabled by your administrator and cannot be users. If you see a slider, this means your administrator has not enforced this feature and you are welcome to turn it on (the slider will be green) or off (the slider will be grey).
In your employee portal, you are able to adjust protections that have a toggle which should be green if you wish to use the protection. Similarly to the browser extension, icons with a key and no toggle, indicate that the administrator has enforced or disabled this protection and it cannot be changed.
