The Workforce Report in your Administrator Dashboard allows you to get an overview of how your team is utilizing the different protections provided from Paladin Shield.
At the top of the Report you can see your current Cyber Readiness Level and proposed actions you can take on your Paladin Shield account to improve it. This section allows you to identify steps that can be taken to have your team be more cyber safe.
Just below that you have the overview. Here, similar to the main dashboard, you are able to see a snapshot of your team's usage of Shield. You can also send reminders to those that haven’t activated their account, installed the required protections, or completed all assigned trainings. This allows you to get further details about how your team is using Paladin Shield and allows you to send one time reminders to encourage those that haven't to start utilizing the protections.
Scroll down to see the training section. You can also review the individual training courses by clicking “Review”. This provides you with the necessary information to ensure your team is up to date on their cyber training.
The Cyber Threats section allows you to see how many threats Paladin Shield has blocked for your team. This allows you to understand what type of threats your team is most often encounter.
The User Behavior section allows you to review detailed information related to the phishing simulation campaigns. With this information, you can tailor the phishing simulations to best train your team. You can also see if a member of your team is consistently taking dangerous actions and provided more detailed feedback to them.
Clicking on the actions taken with the simulations will bring up a detailed report of what action each user took and which template was sent to them.
