Paladin Shield offers a library of cybersecurity trainings that are a key part of keeping your team more cyber safe. Ensuring your team stays up to date with current cyber trends and trainings is crucial to this. By reminding your users of trainings to take, you are helping keep them up to date on this information.
If you want to send an immediate one time reminder to your employees that have not yet taken their assigned security trainings, you simply need to navigate to your Admin Dashboard (here). Then, click on the "Trainings Completed" widget under the employee stats section.
You can chose which course you wish to review by clicking on the drop down.
Once you have selected a specific course, you can review the individual module completion as well as send reminders to those that have incomplete assigned modules.
Having sent reminders to your employees to take certain trainings, you can learn more about how to monitor your teams progress.
